Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Collection and processing of personal data
We only process personal data where permitted by law or where you have given consent. This includes in particular:
- Data collected when you visit our website (for example IP address, browser, timestamp)
- Data generated while using our SaaS services (account, usage and log data)
- Contact details provided in support requests
- Payment and billing data related to orders or subscriptions

We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating our web applications and SaaS platforms

6. Hosting and server location
Our websites and platforms are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.
The servers are located in Germany.
Hostinger acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.
A corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Hostinger.
7. Databases and authentication
For data storage and user management we use Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage).
For authentication we use NextAuth.js.

All data is stored within the EU.
8. Payment processing (Stripe)
For payment processing we use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd,
1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.
Stripe processes personal data such as name, email address, billing address and payment information in order to carry out payments and prevent fraud.

Data is transferred to Stripe on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract.
9. Email delivery
For system emails, such as confirmations, password resets and invoices, we use Nodemailer via our own SMTP servers.
No data is shared with external bulk mailing providers.
10. Cookies and analytics tools
Our websites use cookies to enable essential functions such as login and language preferences.
We do not use invasive tracking cookies such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can delete optional cookies at any time in your browser settings.
11. Storage period
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies,
unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
