Why mobile-friendly email signatures matter

A large share of emails is now opened on mobile devices, so a signature that only looks good on desktop is no longer enough.
Spacing and scale matter most on smaller screens. Oversized visuals and long lines quickly hurt readability.
Tap targets should be easy to use. Phone, email, and CTA links need enough space to be selected comfortably by touch.
Typography is equally important. Small font sizes often look cramped and become harder to read across dark and light themes.
For best results, test the signature on iPhone, Android, and multiple email apps before rolling it out.
